Learn why you are feeling this way and how to get unstuck.

Hello! I’m Charlene.
MA, Life Coach, Retired Licensed Professional Counselor
For years, I was a counselor in a private practice specializing in helping clients improve their relationships, communication skills, address addictions, and heal from trauma.
Now, I coach clients in the United States and internationally, writebooks, and speak on what I have learned.
I developed and have been using the “Ditch People” model for more than a decade. This model helps people identify and address default behaviors in themselves and others, recognize underlying hidden feelings of powerlessness and fear, and find new freedom and happiness in their relationships.
Get Unstuck

Developing “Unstuck” has been a fifteen year journey of learning about my own default behaviors, and those of others around me. It has transformed how I think about relationships, and empowered me to improve them. In sharing this model, I have seen how it applies to every relationship and culture worldwide.
Learn about the “Ditch People” model, and how you can get unstuck from patterns of hidden fear in your own life and relationships.
Living a full, abundant life with the people that matter most
My prayer for you is simple: to get past the undetected fears that are keeping you in unhealthy patterns of behavior, and to find empowerment. I pray that love displaces fear, that you grow in awareness, you develop an acceptance of self and others, and you experience a freedom from the fears that threaten to keep us all stuck in chains.
I also pray that the “Ditch People” model may be helpful to you, wherever you are in the world, and whatever stage of life that may be.

No matter what time of life you are in, or where you are in the journey
I have seen the “Ditch People” model work for people who have had thirty years of unhealthy, “ditchy” behavior in marriage. I have also seen it work to help young single people prepare for a relationship, and identify what it is they truly want.
I’ll admit, this model has helped me. You’ll see in the book that I talk through my own marriage as I mapped out and developed the concepts. There is a stark difference in where we were – stuck in fear – and where we are now. I am grateful to God to have experienced this freedom in my marriage. I think that freedom is possible for you too, and I would love nothing more than to come alongside you in that journey – wherever you are in it.
Stay connected! We want to hear from you.
